Blueberry Chia Pudding

This delicious blueberry chia pudding is created with only 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. It's the ideal breakfast or snack alternative for meal prep!

Get ready, because I'm presenting another fresh chia pudding recipe today! This blueberry chia pudding is not only delicious and simple to make,

but it also turns normal chia pudding into a stunning, brilliant purple blue colour. I mean, look at those photographs!

Quick and quick - This dish is extremely simple! It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and uses only 5 ingredients.

Healthy - This recipe is mildly sweetened and high in fibre, protein, and omega-3s, making it an excellent breakfast or snack choice.

Meal prep - This is the ideal recipe for meal prep. Double or quadruple the recipe and you'll have breakfast and/or snacks for the entire week.

unsweetened almond milk - gives a creamy base with no extra sweeteners. I prefer unsweetened almond milk, but feel free to use any plant-based milk such as oat milk or coconut milk for a creamier texture! You can also use dairy milk if you prefer.

Blueberries are the star of the show! I prefer to use frozen blueberries to get that beautiful purple colour. That being said, you can use fresh blueberries; however, your chia pudding will not be as purple.
