CHOCOLATE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Chocolate chia pudding is incredibly tasty and very easy to make. This is the simplest healthy dessert recipe that requires no baking. It is rich, decadent, chocolaty, and nutrient-dense all at once. A dessert recipe that will become a favorite and be made repeatedly.  

Since this chocolate chia pudding is certainly healthier than the typical breakfast or snack, I almost hate to classify it as a dessert or as decadent. Each serving only contains one spoonful of maple syrup. So go ahead and enjoy it whenever you want!  

But are you curious as to why I adore this recipe so much? You most likely already have all the ingredients in your home, and it's really simple to prepare. In summary, there's nothing quite like chia pudding.  

Chocolate Powder: Although cocoa powder is more processed than cacao powder, both are suitable for this recipe. One of my favorite natural sweeteners is maple syrup. Honey or another liquid sweetener can also be used. 

Add vanilla extract to bring out the sweetness. Milk: Select your preferred variety; they're all excellent, dairy or not. Chia Seeds: These rich in omega-3 seeds bring everything together to create a delicious, creamy dessert.

To make this, simply whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cacao powder. Let it cool for a few hours or even overnight. Chocolate chia pudding was then created. Feel free to get creative; today, I topped mine with chocolate shavings and raspberries.  

Indeed, they are! There are numerous health advantages to chia seeds. Because they are so rich in antioxidants and fiber, they are included in my list of the top 8 anti-inflammatory foods to eat each week. They might even be the world's greatest source of fiber.  

You can make this chocolate chia seed pudding with any kind of milk, even dairy-free milk. I'm using my personal favorite cashew milk recipe today. However, you may also use banana milk, oat milk, or almond milk.
