Strawberry Chia Oatmeal Bar Recipe

In recent years, oat bars have become an increasingly popular snack, and there is a strong reason for this shift in popularity. These bite-sized delights are versatile enough to serve as a breakfast, a dessert, or a snack on the run at the same time.

Miriam Hahn, a wellness coach and recipe creator, has provided us with this recipe for strawberry chia oatmeal bars.

I can also eat them in between meals when I need a little something, or I can even have them for dessert when I have a yearning for something a little sweet.

Both oats and chia seeds are rich in fiber, minerals, and protein, and the combination of these two ingredients in these snacks is delicious.

To make this recipe, you'll first need some flax seeds and chia seeds. "These are usually sold either with the grains and flours or in the supplement section of the store. Flax seeds are sold either whole or ground so you can either buy them already ground or buy them whole and grind them yourself in a small grinder,"

Hahn explains. Then, grab some rolled oats, almond flour, oat flour, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, an orange, and frozen strawberries. You can easily make your oat flour by just putting some rolled oats through the food processor, or you can use quinoa or brown rice flour if you have one of those on hand.

Make sure the oven is preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before you begin. After that, put the ground flax and water into a small basin and mix them.

Mix, then put to the side. Obtain a pot of medium size and place the frozen strawberries inside of it. For around five to ten minutes, cook the food while the heat is set to medium.
